Parking Wars with the Neighbor

I have this neighbor who might not break the law, but she certainly knows how to push

my buttons. My mom is disabled and needs a wheelchair, and this neighbor seems to relish

every opportunity to ruin our day. I usually handle things at home since my dad works late.

Our neighbor rents her house out to a bunch of different people, which means there

are always cars parked everywhere, but there's plenty of room on her driveway. For security reasons,
