Paying Back Mom’s Wrecked Mercedes

I totaled my mom's brand new Mercedes and she made me pay back every single penny in the most

insane way possible. I was 17 and had my license for exactly three months when mom let me borrow

her car to drive to my friend's house. She had just bought this car two weeks before,

fully loaded, $65,000. I was texting at a red light when it turned green

and I didn't realize the car in front of me hadn't moved yet. I slammed into their

rear bumper going 40 miles per hour. The airbags deployed, the entire front was destroyed,
