Here we are on a perfect day for an outdoor workout. We're about to
tackle one of the best bodyweight exercises for building incredible upper body strength:
the parallel bar dip. He starts with a strong, stable grip.
Notice the controlled descent, keeping his elbows tucked in. This protects the
shoulder joint and puts maximum tension on the chest and triceps. Now,
he powers up, pushing through the entire range of motion to achieve full extension at
the top. Each repetition is clean and consistent, focusing on quality over sheer quantity.
He pushes through the final reps, maintaining solid form even as fatigue sets in.
