Chud's Endless Walk

The rain never stops. Or maybe... I'm the one who can't stop

walking. Each drop a memory, each puddle a reflection of what

was. They say every storm runs out of rain. But this one

feels different. It feels like it's washing away the city, leaving only me

and the pavement. Just one more block. That's what I said an hour

ago. The streets just keep unfolding, an endless, wet ribbon.

Perhaps there's no destination. Just the rhythm of the rain and the sound

of my own steps, forever.
