Hi, it is Mike from Amino Alchemy, today we are making Pistachio Ramen
with Crispy Tofu! First, soak pistachios in hot water for fifteen minutes,
then drain them well. Press your tofu and cut into cubes.
Toss with Thai green curry paste and soy sauce. Air fry at four hundred degrees
for fifteen to eighteen minutes until they are perfectly crispy. Cook your noodles
according to package directions, then drain and set them aside. Blend the soaked
pistachios, spinach, coriander, garlic, and half the
broth until smooth. Heat sesame oil, then add the pistachio mixture, remaining broth,
