Hi, it's Barni here from Amino Alchemy. Today we're cooking Pistachio Ramen with
Crispy Tofu! First, soak pistachios in hot water for fifteen minutes and
then drain them. Press the tofu, cube it, and toss with Thai green curry
paste and soy sauce. Air fry or pan-fry the tofu at two hundred
degrees until it's perfectly crispy. Cook your noodles as directed, then drain them
and set them aside for later. Blend pistachios, spinach, coriander,
garlic, and half the broth until it's completely smooth. Heat sesame oil,
then add the mixture, remaining broth, and creamy coconut milk.
