Hi, its Mike here from Amino Alchemy, today we gonna cook one of
my favorite recipes. We start with extra-firm tofu, pressed and cubed, then tossed in
Thai green curry paste. Fry them at four hundred degrees until they are
perfectly crispy and golden on all sides. Now, blend soaked pistachios
with fresh spinach, coriander, and garlic for a vibrant green base.
Simmer this with coconut milk and broth for five minutes to develop those rich flavors.
Divide your noodles, pour over that creamy pistachio broth, and top with the crispy tofu.
Garnish with hemp seeds and chili flakes. It is packed with thirty-nine grams
