Plastic Flowers and a Plastic Smile

I got some plastic flowers for the kitchen table. Because I'm no

longer mentally stable. I don't wanna watch another living thing die. I'm tired of

the, "Hello," and I'm tired of the, "Why?" They're pink and

they're perfect, and they'll never turn brown. The only thing in this house

that isn't falling down. You were a rose with a hell of a

thorn. Leavin' me bloody and leavin' me torn. I tried to

water you with everything I had. But you only grew bitter and you only grew

sad. Now I'm surrounded by things made of oil and wax.
