Today, I'm putting myself to the test by trying to uncover the biggest post-workout mistakes
that could be sabotaging my progress, and I'm sharing everything I learn with you.
When it comes to fitness, we often focus on the workout itself, the sweat,
the heavy lifting, the cardio. But what happens after we leave the gym is just as crucial,
if not more so. Recovery is where the magic happens. It's where our bodies repair and rebuild
muscle tissue, replenish energy stores, and adapt to the stress we've placed
on them. Without proper recovery, we can't make progress no matter how hard we train.
