Protecting Your Sacred Energy

Your power begins the moment you decide your energy is sacred. Protecting your energy starts with

inner work of healing yourself from the inside out. Begin by noticing where your spirit

feels heavy, old hurts, grudges, or the constant urge to prove yourself

and breathe into those spaces instead of running from them. Give your mind and

body daily moments of stillness, a walk without your phone, a few deep breaths

before you answer a text, a journal page where the truth can spill out.

As you tend to those wounds, you learn what’s truly yours to carry and what belongs

to someone else. Boundaries then stop feeling like walls and start feeling like a natural
