Purple Arm Syndrome: Seeking Answers

My arm turns purple every now and then (59M) (Discussion/Advice Needed)

Hello, I've had this issue ever since I was in my mid-30s where, seemingly at random,

an arm of mine turns purple (Around hex #5a2a80 for those curious). It doesn't cause

me any pain at first, but after 2-3 hours, it almost has a burning sensation? This sensations

lasts around 10 minutes, then my arms slowly turns back to its original skin tone

and the burning sensation subsides. This phenomenon, which I've decided to call "Purple

Arm Syndrome", happens to me about twice a week, and happens to both arms,
