I was intern. ahh I was in, I was posted in general medicine.

a case was referred from ophthalmology department. The patient came for cataract surgery,

but he has some excess glucose levels and he was not ... So he was diabetic and was not on any

treatment. So he was referred to general medicine department and we admitted for one

day to just, monitor his glucose levels so that we can give the, sufficient insulin

dose to him. The next day morning in the ward when I came and, uh,

when I saw the, Ah, glucose levels of the patient which, uh,

sister has registered, in the midnight, okay, in the midnight his glucose levels
