Recording Started at 3:17 a.m.

The door creaked open at exactly 3:17 a.m., the same time every night,

but this time my phone buzzed with a notification that made my stomach drop: “Front door

unlocked.” I lay frozen in bed, staring at the screen, when another alert appeared—“Motion

detected: bedroom.” I slowly turned toward the doorway… and saw myself standing there,

smiling, holding my phone, as a new notification popped up: “Recording started.”
