Religious Philosophy in Business Success

This study was motivated by our personal experiences, beginning at the time,

when the author read an article about an entrepreneurial journey rooted in deep religious principles,

and had been sustained for the past 100 years. This led us to visit the workplace of

the religious enterprise and initiate our research with basic questions like "why" and "how."

As the inquiry progressed, we realized that religion was deeply embedded in the business model,

and its success could be attributed to the underlying religious philosophy.
