Remembering the Supreme at Death

Lord Krishna now paints a powerful image of the Supreme to be remembered. He says:

Remember the Divine as the eternal knower, the ancient guide, subtler than the subtlest,

the supporter of all existence, beyond darkness — radiant like the sun.

And at the final moment, with an unwavering mind, with devotion,

strengthened by yogic discipline, focusing the life-force between the brows —

Such a seeker reaches that Supreme, Divine Being. This shloka reveals a deep truth:

The final moment reflects a lifetime of practice. What you train the mind to hold,

it will hold at the end. Liberation is not chance — it is preparation.
