upload the required documents. For Zambian applicants, grade 12 school certificate or equivalent

statement of results, NRC card copy, driving license copy. For non-Zambian

applicants, passport copy for all applicants, two passport-size photographs,

completed application form, application fee payment deposit slip.

Applicants applying for post-graduate program must provide undergraduate program details.

Applicants applying for master degree program must provide post-graduate program details.
