Revelation Wasn't Written for Us

When most people picture the Book of Revelation, they picture the end of the world,

beast empires, microchips, antichrists, blood moons counting down like it's counting

down to doomsday. But here's the question: If Revelation was written to real churches in the

first century under real persecution, why would God give them a message that only matters thousands

of years later? What if John wasn't predicting our headlines? What if he was unveiling the truth about

their world, and in doing so, revealing something eternal about ours?
