Sadness Shower

Sadness shower the fields of my life Depression, loneliness drains me dry

I don't want to fight, the weight's too tight Different day,

same shadow, same old night How can I wake up this way every dawn? The pain I pray

to leave, but it's still drawn They say, "It will be ok," but their words

are thin They don't know the storm that rages within Days and days,

I just want to stay in bed But I force myself up, though my soul's

half dead The world spins on, but I'm stuck in the gray
