Clock on red. Hands keep racing past my chest. You hold her wrist.

That shadow hand won't let her rest. My nails bend. Trying to pull

her from your arms. She slips away. I wish I could have won

this fight. The night's so cold. Chilled bones echo with regret.

Silent screams. While memories we can't forget. I'm holding on to threads of

what we used to be. The line is drawn between the shadows.
