matters: many new year goals fail because they're vague, unrealistic,
or disconnected from what really matters. A well-structured goal gives you clarity,
motivation, and a roadmap for action. Make goals specific and measurable.
Instead of get fit or save money, define your goal clearly. Use numbers,
deadlines, or concrete actions. For example, exercise for 30 minutes three times
a week, or save $200 per month. Align goals with your values.
