Decision Plus Allowances. The theme: I decide, then I withdraw. Take a slow breath in,

and let it out. Tonight, I am not here to improve anything, I am here to decide.

The decision is made. Now I step back. What has been decided does not require

supervision. I allow movement to begin without my involvement. Sleep comes easily.

Day two, Neutrality plus Non-Interference. Theme: Calm means it's already moving.

Slow your breathing. I notice there is nothing urgent right now. Calm is not,
