Shri Krishna’s Divine Life and Teachings

Lord Krishna was born in Mathura, near the Holy Yamuna River. Even as a small

child, He had great strength and divine powers. He protected people by defeating many

dangerous beings, including the serpent Kaliya. When Krishna played His flute,

everyone in Vrindavan ran happily to Him. His games, lilas, and picnics filled

Gokul with joy. As He grew older, He became calm, smart, and wise.

He and Balaram studied many things at Rishi Sandipani's ashram, like philosophy, science,

and archery. Later, Shri Krishna ended the problems in the land by defeating
