Spinning Black Holes and Frame Dragging

Black holes can actually spin so fast they drag space and time around with them.

This phenomenon called frame dragging means if you were near a spinning black hole,

you'd be forced to move in the direction of its rotation no matter how hard you tried to stay

still. Some black holes rotate at nearly the speed of light, creating a region

where nothing can remain stationary. Even more insane, at the center of every black hole

is a singularity where all the mass is crushed into an infinitely small point.
