that you can try. Todd Eller explains you need to figure out if your addiction or bad habit is
a physical like substance abuse or emotional such as gambling. Once you have an
addiction or bad habit defined, then write down how much you want to reduce it in
the first week and then second and so on. Dr. Todd Eller states you should make
small incremental goals that you feel are easy to accomplish such as reducing from 3 cups of coffee
to 2 ½ in the first week. Find a substitute behavior that is healthy.
For instance, drink a full glass of water after drinking coffee or take a jog after gambling.
