Stopped buying lunch at work and started meal prepping on Sundays. Saved $340 last
month just from this one change. Here's what I do. Pick one protein, one carb,
one vegetable. Cook everything in bulk. This week it's chicken thighs,
rice, and broccoli. Season the chicken with garlic powder, paprika,
salt and pepper. Bake it all on one sheet pan for thirty minutes at four hundred degrees.
While that's cooking, make the rice in a pot. Takes literally twenty minutes total.
Portion everything into five containers and you're done for the week. My coworkers spend
