Teachable Moment: Pressure Canning

Like I said before, we're gonna cook the chili in the canner, so this is gonna

go for, in our electric canner, it's gonna go for 90 minutes.

And if you don't have one of these, I'll link to this product in the description. This is a good one.

There are better ones out there, but this is a nice canner. It's very easy,

especially if you're brand new to pressure canning. Uh, this is a low-entry

way to get into pressure canning so you can not be scared of it.
