Team Growth and Evolution

Our teams in Hyderabad and Chennai were growing, with FTEs and team leaders in

place. However, we faced challenges with the lead-to-associate ratio.

And our Diversity and Inclusion percentage needed improvement. Specifically, Hyderabad needed two

more leads under Abhishek's wing. The urgency for new hires was clear across the

board. In Chennai, Velu was managing the entire operation alone.
