Thanksgiving Survival Tactics

Thanksgiving survival mode activated. My uncle just asked about my job, my aunt wants to

know why I'm still single, and my cousin started talking politics. I'm nodding at everything,

agreeing with nobody, and my safe words are just "that's interesting" and "pass the gravy

please." Someone mentioned gas prices and I literally shoved mashed potatoes

in my mouth so I couldn't respond. My grandma asked if I'm eating enough and my other grandma

said I'm eating too much in the same conversation. I've changed the subject to the turkey
