that the only way to achieve your outcome is through action. Third is to
cre- create a conducive environment that encourages that action. For example, if you would
like to lose some weight and for that you, you like to exercise in the
morning let's say, just keep your shoes and your gear, everything ready so
you, so you don't have to make an effort, so the mind
does not come up with an excuse that, "Oh, kal kar lunga"
