The $300,000 Success Formula

For me to do 300,000, I've gotta talk to six candidates and three hiring managers.

And if I do that every day for 48 weeks, and so I can take vacation time and

holidays, I'll bill 300,000 bucks. So we know really the first day that

they start to execute if they're on target to hit their goals. And the beauty of that is,

from a time management standpoint, now you know when your day is done.
