night. Then Netflix offered a tiny subscription service, and Blockbuster laughed

it off. While Netflix built digital infrastructure, Blockbuster clung to late fees like

an anchor. By the time Blockbuster launched their own streaming, Netflix had already

claimed the throne. Market dominance means nothing. Companies must disrupt themselves before someone

else does.
