Gilbert Jordan didn't use a knife or gun to kill. He used alcohol.

Known as the Boozing Barber, this Vancouver killer lured vulnerable women into fatal drinking

binges. Victims were often Indigenous women on the margins, making them easy

targets for his sinister plan. Jordan bought endless rounds, pressuring them to

drink dangerous amounts until they succumbed to alcohol poisoning. He would leave them to die

alone. Authorities initially ruled these tragic deaths as accidental. In 1987,

police finally uncovered the truth. Evidence showed he forced women to drink until death.
