You know, why can't a website just handle every single person on Earth at the same
time? Well, the answer is a really simple but incredibly powerful
concept. It's called the bottleneck law, and all it says is that a system
is only as fast as its slowest part. Think about it like a highway. It doesn't matter
if you have eight lanes of open road if, up ahead, it narrows down
to one single lane because of construction. The entire flow of traffic is dictated by that one narrow
