The Call Goes Public

At the age of forty, Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) received a new command from Allah. <break time="0.8s" />

For three years, the call to Islam had remained secret. <break time="0.8s" /> Now, the time for silence

had ended. <break time="0.8s" /> Allah revealed: <break time="0.8s" /> “And warn your closest relatives.” <break time="0.8s" /> (Surah Ash-Shu‘arāʾ,

26:214) <break time="0.8s" /> With this command, the mission entered a new stage. <break time="0.8s" /> Prophet Muhammad

(PBUH) was instructed to begin with his own people— his family,

his clan, those who knew him best. <break time="0.8s" /> He gathered the descendants

of ‘Abdul-Muṭṭalib (may Allah be pleased with him). <break time="0.8s" /> When they assembled, Prophet Muhammad

(PBUH) addressed them clearly. <break time="0.8s" /> He warned them about accountability before Allah. <break time="0.8s" />
