The Contradiction of L&D: Stability vs. Agility

Two contradictory things, really. First, you have to maintain

extreme, almost microscopic quality and predictability in what you're doing right now.

While at the same time building the ability to change on a dime. Exactly.

Yeah. Have to build the capacity for rapid technological adoption. It's a real tightrope

walk. Because stability and agility, they don't usually go hand-in-hand

in an operational strategy.
