in your body, and what happens as a result of those sensations is what determines whether
you go further down the hole of CFS or cause your nervous system to be more hypersensitive or
cause it to be less hypersensitive. So here, you have a crucial, crucial window where
you have to consciously calm down your fears, your anxieties, your attention on the symptoms,
and move your focus onto something that is calming or more pleasant, something else other
than the pain and the- the negative emotions and all of that stuff. Because the more
