The Danger of Repetition in Therapy

when people are coming to our offices, and we're, if we're asking them to repeat and

talk about these things over and over again, well then, perhaps what we're

doing is strengthening the neural pathways of stuckness and dis-ease. There's repetition

in an area we don't want repetition. And so, it's like, yeah,

yeah, we gotta, we, we gotta do something different.

Right. And that's what we're up to.
