The Healing Power of Music

Some days it's the beat that saves some days. It's the words

that cave either way. I still need it. Woke up with

a head full of static. Life feels fake and automatic. Radio's loud and

over dramatic. My headphones hit like something magic. Don't know what I'm searching for

but I've been here before. Sometimes loud, sometimes quiet. Either way it

stops the riot. Some days I need the music to drown out the noise in

my head. Some days I need the lyrics like a letter I left unsaid.
