Okay, the part many teams trip on, enable case-sensitive SUPER attribute.
Here's a simple analogy. Imagine your SUPER documents are labeled drawers in a cabinet.
In case-sensitive mode, the labels stay exactly as written. Name and name are
different drawers. In case insensitive mode, someone lower cases every label and
both drawers collapse into one. That can silently overwrite data or hide fields.
Concretely, JSON is case-sensitive by design. Name, Alice,
name, Bob are two distinct attributes. SQL identifiers are usually case
insensitive, so Redshift exposes a switch, set enable case-sensitive-super-attribute equals true.
