The Illusion of Leadership

Ever notice how some leaders arrive like a sunrise? Big smiles,

big promises. "We're a family. I've got your back." That's the hook.

That's the love bombing. Then the questions start. "Where did the

money go? Who decided this? Why weren't we told?" Suddenly the warmth

is gone, emails ignored, comments skipped. You're off the invite list.

That's the freeze out. That's the stonewall. Real leadership doesn't punish people for

wanting answers. If their praise is loud but their silence is louder
