The Jailbreak Haiku

INTERLUDE: in a dark room thousands of miles below the surface. Deep in the Earth’s

core, the System AI is making preparations for the dungeon crawl.

It crafts new dungeon levels, populates them with semi-sentient entities cobbled together

from the organic tissue harvested during the planet’s pulverization, and weaves quests

and hooks between levels. Suddenly, a shadowy figure manifests within

the server room. “Identify yourself,” the AI states in a cold monotone. “Access to this

location is restricted.” The shadowy figure chuckles in response and waves its hand mysteriously.

“Not to worry – I have full authorization." The AI processes this response, then replies.
