The Jump to Arrival

I stand on this high green mountain cliff, where the land ends and the

ocean begins. My hair moves gently in the wind. My eyes are

filled with stories I never got to tell. These marks are memories of hardships.

Below me, the ocean roars. Massive waves crash violently against the mountain,

as if the sea itself is fighting the earth. I hesitate for only a moment.

Then, I decide. I step forward and I jump into the ocean.

The moment I hit the water, everything changes. Instead of fear, I feel peace.
