I sit down for “just a second.” That’s all I tell myself. Just one second.

Quick break. Biggest lie of my life. I sit down, check my phone real

quick. One notification. One video. Next thing I know, I’m invested.

I tell myself, “Okay, after this one.” Then another one starts.
