The Light in the Old Forest

One night, a young boy took a shortcut through an old forest near his town.

The silence felt strange, as if the trees were watching him. Suddenly,

he saw a small light glowing between the trees and followed it to an abandoned cabin.

When the light disappeared, the forest was no longer silent—it was breathing. The boy ran home

and never returned, but sometimes he still sees the same light outside his window at night.
