The Man in Unit 119

I need to tell you something, and you’re not going to believe me but the man I saw that night wasn’t alive. And I have him on camera.

I used to work the overnight shift at a storage facility. Midnight to 4 a.m. Boring job — until

the night that made me quit on the spot. I was doing my rounds when I heard knocking from Unit 119.

Three slow knocks… like someone tapping their fingers on wood. I checked the system

— that unit had been empty for six years. Like, legally empty.

No renter. No belongings. So now I’m thinking there’s a squatter inside.

I yell, “Storage is closed! Come out now!” No answer. Just another three

knocks. I unlock the door and lift it a few inches — the knocking stops
