The Monkey’s Clever Escape

A friendly Monkey lived in a tree by a river, sharing sweet fruits. A Crocodile became

his friend, visiting daily for the treats. The Crocodile's wife grew greedy

and wanted the Monkey's heart. The Crocodile tricked the Monkey, asking him to come

to his wife. The Monkey, suspicious, pretended to leave his heart on a tree.

"I keep my heart safe in the tree," he said, "come get it there!". The Crocodile,

realizing his mistake, felt foolish. The Monkey escaped, proving quick thinking saves the day.

He learned to trust wisely, and the Crocodile learned a lesson. The moral: Cleverness

and quick wits are better than strength.
