Hot water freezes faster than cold water. Yeah, that shouldn't happen,
but in 1963, a student named Mpemba tested it. Hot ice cream mix, same freezer.
The hot one froze first. Scientists are still confused. Hot water evaporates
faster, less water to freeze. It creates stronger currents, spreading the cold,
and cold water can get stuck liquid below zero. Hot water skips that trap.
60 years later, no final answer. Physics still argues about it. Science is weird.
