This is a story about a prison escape. Actually two prison escapes. But more than that,

it’s a story about how systems fail… and how myths form when they do. In 2015,

one of the most heavily guarded prisoners on Earth disappeared from his cell.

No riot. No alarms. No gunfire. Just an empty shower stall and a hole

in the ground. It would later be called the most expensive prison escape in history.

But here’s the problem: No one agrees on how it really happened. Some say it proves corruption at the

highest levels of government. Others argue it didn’t require a conspiracy at all
