Joey Miller survived an accident that killed a mother and her daughter. Late night in Los

Santos, rain hammering down on asphalt. Joey's alone in his car,

exhausted, unstable. Pills scattered on the passenger seat.

Empty bottle rolling on the floor. Nobody waiting for him at home. Nobody holding him

back from this moment. Coming from the opposite direction, another car. A woman driving

carefully through the storm. Her daughter in the back seat, probably talking

about school, about tomorrow's plans. Just a normal evening. A normal life about

to end. One second of inattention. Joey's eyes drop. The road curves. Then chaos erupts.
