The Price of Laziness

The morning sun was already high, but young Tunde was still fast asleep.

He stretched lazily, expecting the world to wait for his arrival at the table.

With a rumbling stomach, he shuffled toward the kitchen, dreaming of a

hot meal. Mama, is there no food for me? I am very

hungry this morning. The early birds have already eaten and gone to work.

There is nothing left for those who sleep. In that moment, Tunde realized that

the world waits for no one. Remember, the fruits of labor are reserved

for those who rise with the sun.
